Child Aid partners with public primary schools to provide literacy training and resources to rural indigenous communities, primarily in the western highlands of Guatemala.

Child Aid literacy trainers are based out of four regional offices in the communities of Panajachel in Sololá, Patzún in Chimaltenango, San Cristóbal in Totonicapán, and Santa Cruz in Quiché. The regional offices provide a base to reach the many small remote communities and schools where we work.
