How it works
A legacy gift can take many forms – and all are appreciated.
A planned or “legacy” gift is any gift made as part of your overall financial and/or estate planning. Members of our Legacy Society help secure our future as an organization, and they enable us to make a lasting difference by providing children with the skills and resources they need to life themselves and their families out of poverty.
A legacy gift can take many forms. The most common is a bequest in your will. A bequest is flexible and tailored to meet your specific needs and interests, and it is often as simple as adding a few sentences to your will or living trust. Bequeath property, stocks, specific items, amounts of money or percentage of your estate. You can also list Child Aid among the beneficiaries on a life insurance policy.
